Sault Stryders Workout - Thursday, July 15, 2010 Here’s our shorten workout for all Runners: Warm up 3 to 7 laps easy jogging 1 x 200m / top speed (90% effort) Rest 45 seconds 1 x 200m / 85% effort Rest 45 seconds 1 to 2 x 200m / 75% effort Cool down 3 to 7 laps easy jogging (or on the grass) Have a great week and race!
