Well, the week is here ... the week of the Miracle Mile ... Yep, it is this Saturday. So don’t hesitate, sign up and come on down.

Here’s our shorten workout for all Runners:

Warm up 3 to 7 laps easy jogging
1 x 200m / top speed (90% effort)
Rest 45 seconds
1 x 200m / 85% effort
Rest 45 seconds
1 to 2 x 200m / 75% effort
Cool down 3 to 7 laps easy jogging (or on the grass)
