Sault Stryders Workout for Thursday, June 3, 2010 You may elect to do this workout at the track or on your own. Here we go: All Runners: Warm Up - 10 to 15 minutes easy 4 to 6 x 200m - #1 to 3 at 65% effort; #4 at 75% effort; and #5 and 6 at 65% effort Cool Down - 15 minutes easy After this local race, in addition to the weekly workouts I will also be providing a "speed-maker" workout for those of you who are getting serious about the Rotaryfest 1 Mile run.
