I enjoyed reading your journal entries. Very inspiring! I intend to compete in the St. Joseph Island Tri this summer as a way to celebrate my 42nd. I will return to your site when I need a little shot of juice to keep me focused on my training. Thanks..

Just wanted to wish you a wonderful trip to Calgary . . . you deserve the award of being Triathlete of the Year. Walk proud accepting the award with your head high . . . after all, nothing but hard work and dedication have got you to the place you are at.
