I just saw Jonas 3 weeks ago, he was here for about a day, and he told me about your page. I am so PROUD of you, I know you were doing well after you left Little Rock, but you are doing absolutely awesome! Congrats. I'm sure you're familiar with the vineman ironman... it finishes a mile from my house. I volunteered a the 1/2 this year. if you ever decide to do this one, know that i would love to see you, catch up, and of course, you are always welcome to stay w/me!
